My dream nest :]

Who can see future ?
I am so sure that we can only dream or imagine about it for meanwhile unless we have any supernatural power!

I have plenty of dreams to be chased! One of them are my DREAM HOUSE
White colour plus purple colour would be the perfect one for my dream house since both of them my favourite. So, I would be feeling so comfortable living here.
Actually, I am just hoping for a house as simple as possible. I don't have too much of demand. I'll be happy to live in my own house if it's on my own choice. There is no word to describe the satisfaction.

Well, this would be my favourite part in my dream house.
MY ROOM!
It looks like a kid's dream bed room as well, I guess.
But, believe me that it's my dream room too.
Too cute! I can be in the room for the whole day without getting bored.
These are some pictures of some parts in my dream house.

THE KITCHEN
THE BATH ROOM
THE HALL

But, I do realise the fact that I can only achieve my dream if I have work toward it with all the efforts I can.
Good Luck to me :)

Frienship is the best ship !

A big hye and hello to all the lovely readers :)

This entry is to share a common matter but a very special one with all of you!

The letters are only 10 letters but, the meaning is unlimited.

F-R-I-E-N-D-S-H-I-P

As for some people, friendship came in various definition. From my point of view, friends are who we spend most of time with in both happy and sad moments !

King has golden ship,
Queen has silver ship,
I have only one ship,
It's friendship.

I have many friends as you all too. This time I am going to share to you about my new college mates :)

Let us start with my room mate :)

NESAMANI RAJA RETANAM

The very first person for me to knew in the whole new place at here.
She was so humble at the first time and she is until now :)
She cares and loves others so much.
We are not that close but, believe me I never felt so.
Thanks for being there whenever I needed you.
I do love you.

Next, would be the only Sabahan girl.

FIONA
She was so friendly out of 120 students on the orientation day , seriously.
I feel so awkward in the hall until we met each other.
She is a very beautiful girl and brave as well.
She loves her family so much and that attracted me towards her.
Her room is just next to mine.

This is my recent crush or soulmate :)

SHUBA SHINI
I am so lucky to have her as my friend.
She is like a sister to me in another word.
Actually, I find it very hard to put all my words together to show all of you how much she means to me and in what way is that.
I can only sum up all that in three words which are I LOVE YOU.

This is my whole clique of friends in KIC

We are so made for each other. We can be together in all situation for each other.
Yes. We do have argument but, always end up with a good agreement.
Honestly speaking, we are sisters by HEART.

My Last Word:
Treasure it :)

Again it's about food !

This entry is to share about one of my favorite food once again :)

I guess this favorite food of mine should be some follower's favorite too.

This time it's the most wanted cake by almost all of us which is CHOCOLATE CUPCAKE ~

Im so craving for this stuff :)

I would like to share the recipe with you so that, you can try it on your own just like I did !

Taken from : http://www.joyofbaking.com

Here it goes.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (50 grams) Dutch-processed cocoa powder
1 cup (240 ml) boiling hot water
1 1/3 cups (175 grams) all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup (200 grams) granulated white sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Chocolate Fudge Frosting:
4 ounces (120 grams) unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
2/3 cup (150 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 1/3 cups (160 grams) confectioners (powdered or icing) sugar, sifted
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Methods:

- First, Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly butter, or line 16 muffin cups with paper liners.
- In a small bowl stir until smooth the boiling hot water and the cocoa powder. Let cool to room temperature.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Then in the bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Beat in the vanilla extract. Add the flour mixture and beat only until incorporated. Then add the cooled cocoa mixture and stir until smooth.
- Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with batter and bake for about 16 -20 minutesor until risen, springy to the touch, and a toothpick inserted into a cupcake comes out clean. (Do not over bake or the cupcakes will be dry.) Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool. Once the cupcakes have completely cooled, frost with icing. You can either spread the frosting on the cupcakes with a small spatula or if piping, use a large Wilton 1M open star tip to make lovely swirls. These cupcakes are best the day they are made, but can be covered and stored for a few days.

Chocolate Frosting:
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl placed over a saucepan of simmering water.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- In the bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the butter until smooth and creamy (about 1 minute). Add the sugar and beat until it is light and fluffy (about 2 minutes). Beat in the vanilla extract. Add the chocolate and beat on low speed until incorporated. Increase the speed to medium-high and beat until frosting is smooth and glossy (about 2 -3 minutes).
-Makes about 16 cupcakes.

Hope you will enjoy the taste of this recipe.

The event that blasted our day

My life as a college student made its own first step at KIC a.k.a Kirkby International college. After all, it is a college life, man !

I feel so excited to share with you some of the sweet and remarkable moments of my life at here especially about the events which took place at here.

Of course, the most memorable and enjoyable event was the " MERDEKA RAYA" which was the first event in KIC. Seriously, it was a blast !

Date: 23/9/2011-Outdoor games
          24/9/2011- Performance
Duration: 8:30 a.m until 1:00p.m
Venue: Auditorium of KIC

Done with the formal info so, now let us have a look on the informal information, guys !
Actually, there were several activities organized by Student's Council of KIC on a day before the actual event. It was in the form of competition for all the students. The list of the competitions were:
  • Creative Eco-Friendly Fashion Line
  • Kiss The Floor
  • Longest line
  • Bowling
  • "Semakin jauh , semakin sayang"
  • Back Ball Ball
  • Laughing Hyena

The most amazing part was that all the students including non-Indians did took part in this event. I took part in Longest Line competition. So, can you guys imagine how blast was it ?
Some of the amazing activities are singing, dancing and poem recital. All the lectures including our very own principal and president danced with us. What an enjoyable moment.
My college mates: Luiza and Tulaashini.
That's me !
The rocking SHELLIANS ^ ^

And you guys know what? I rapped for a Malaysian song on that day. My friends and I did that. They were Sean, Ab. Hafiz and Hanani. The round of applouse from my friends accompanied by their non-stop cheers lifted my spirit up. The song entitled Malaysian boy. It was my first time I am singing. I just wanted to do it again and again. Unfortunately, I lost the copy of the video in my hard disk a few weeks ago. I was thinking of uploading it at here and then only I realised that it is already lost. But, this is one of the picture that we snapped.

Honestly speaking, this event did gave us an unforgettable experience since we get a great chance to strengthen our bondage and instilled some important leadership values.
We miss the moments until today.

Favourites :)

Almost everything is my favourite! I just cannot stop listing it with a wide smile on my face, LOL!

Actually, I am puzzled on deciding what should I say about my favourites
Well, I have decided to share about my hobbies:)

Depends on my mood.
But, I get engaged with listening to songs most of the time.
Firstly, I have my own reason of choosing this as my hobby.Only the one who share the same interest could understand the specialities of this hobby!

Whenever I got a chance especially I am sitting alone, I'll straight away take out my hands free from my bag and start to travel on my own world filled with only music :)
Music boost my level of confidence whenever I am down or upset. I don't know why but, I often ended up feeling that all the lyrics of the song is just for me , how wonderful is that!

Basically, I enjoy listening to Malay songs, English songs and of course Tamil songs too. Listening to melody song relaxes my mind after a full day of classes and assignments. I feel so out of the all the stresses and tension. The most amazing thing is I must listen to music almost all the time even when I am in shower. Yes, I know well that this sounds so out of the mind but, trust me that all this make me overwhelmed. My parents and house mates do find this hobby as different sometimes. I can easily get inspired from many type of songs. There are many types of songs namely, melody, r & b, pop, rock and roll and many others. My favourite would be melody and rap style.

It can be said I love to sing along too and I don't care how does it sounds as long as I get satisfaction to the maximum. All my friends used to tease me for that. I can only laugh with them when I start to imagine how terrible is my singing. I feel so confident when I do those silly things. I get cheered up so easily.

I am pretty sure that there are many peoples share the same interest as me out there. It give us a something that others could not understand or justify, right? Just go for it as long it is not offensive for anyone, guys!

Dear Madam Mahjan
